CHRIS ROOS & ASSOCIATES Seminar Cancellation, Substitution and Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend the seminar for which you have registered, you can substitute another person in your place or transfer your registration to another date or another seminar of equal (or lesser) value without penalty for a period of six (6) months following the starting date of the seminar for which you registered. However, your request for substitution or transfer must be made in writing. Only one transfer is permitted, and all transfers expire within six (6) months of the start day of the original seminar without exception.

Seminar registration fees must be paid before the seminar begins in order for the registrant to be admitted to the seminar. Failure to pay seminar registration will result in certification suspension (if applicable).

All cancellations must be made in writing. For registrations cancelled 15 days or more prior to the program seminar date, the full paid program fee less a 15% service charge will be refunded. For registrations cancelled 10 days or less prior to the program seminar date, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be made. If a registered delegate does not cancel and fails to attend the seminar, this will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or credit will be issued. (Cancellations must be in writing in order to obtain a full credit for any future
CHRIS ROOS & ASSOCIATES Seminars).

If for any reason
CHRIS ROOS & ASSOCIATES decides to cancel or postpone the seminar, CHRIS ROOS & ASSOCIATES will not be responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other travel costs incurred by clients. If the event is postponed, CHRIS ROOS &  ASSOCIATES reserves the right to transfer the delegate/s registration and booking to the next event to be held in the following six (6) months or to provide a credit of an equivalent amount to another seminar with the following six (6) months. We shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this seminar is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to illness, weather, acts of God, labour disputes or any other reason whatsoever that renders performance of this seminar impossible, impracticable or uneconomical.

Attendees agree to these terms and conditions by registering for a seminar.
